By the end she has a lot of reason to think that saying those things are absolutely safe. So I'd say that the earlier comment about the shower is considerably more forward.

And anyway, the Willow in my mind insisted on being unusually direct and aggressive this time. I think it was a combination of the non-bad breakup with Kennedy and the general non-threateningness of Fred.
