Another week gone

Friday afternoon. Everyone in our department but me is off on some sort of kick-offish thing. I'll be leaving shortly, to go and buy a new Ethernet card (the old one seems to have broken in the move) and possibly a DVD burner. In any case, I won't be back until Tuesday, since we'll have a guy over to put up new wallpaper on Monday. Which is good. Next Friday the flooring guy will come and fix the broken carpetin, and Bostream said that we'd get our net connection in the middle of next week. So, if everything goes according to plan, we will have the flat in fully usable shape by this time next week.
