Me: "Sure."
SC: "Good. Now, you've had a promotional subscription to our magazine for three months, since you went to an EMC Technical Update seminar..."
Me: "Oh, so that's where it came from."
SC: "Er. So, how do you like it?"
Me: "I've been throwing it away unread."
SC: *pause* "So you're not really interested in continuing the subscription?"
Me: "No, the paper recycling bin fills up fast enough anyway."
SC: "Er. All right. Thanks for your time."
