Another fun worm is loose on the Net. This time it's an MS SQL Server one. It's generating huge amounts of network traffic, and since Internet-accessible MSSQL boxes tend to be powerful and well-connected they now cause quite a bit of havoc. Entire regions of the Internet are intermittently unreachable. Some smaller networks are entirely unusable (like our office network, until just a little while ago). If you're experiencing network problems just now, send your "Thanks for that, asshole!"-cards to Bill Gates.
