Stupid people...

Imagine you're a computer conslutant. A customer of yours are having problems getting mail delivered to a certain ISP under very particular circumstances. They ask you for help. Now, do you...

a) ...ask them to contact the ISP's support people and describe the problem as clearly as possible.

b) ...contact your ex-since-a-decade girlfriend, asking her for the mail address of a guy you met at her wedding a couple of years back, since you think the girl he was with then had something to do with that ISP's mailsystem.

There is at least one person in this world who would answer "b".
