In the UCSL story archive...

...there is a grand total of 22.8 million words. This is enough for 570 novels, according to the Nebula Award rules.

...almost one million of those words are "the".

...the character named by name most often is Xander, at 127952 mentions. Buffy comes second at 110036, Spike third at 81959, Willow fourth at 77000, Angel fifth at 74983 and after him Giles at 65413. Tara rates 16245 mentions, Dawn 14948 (although some of those may well refer to sunrise), Anya 11660, and Kennedy a mere 340. Which is still more than the 97 and 32 mentions Vi and Rona gets.

...the word "actual" is the only word that is used exactly 666 times.

...heroin is mentioned 59 times, cocaine 25 times, marijuana 23 times and amphetamine is mentioned only twice.
