At work, using stone knives and bearskins

I'm at work. Not the same one I used to do, but the same company. I'm two floors above and two meters to the left of my old desk. And I've been given a new laptop. It runs Windows XP. Only Windows XP. So for the first time in sod knows how long I'm actually using Windows.

I had actually forgotten how badly it sucks. And unlike how it used to be, when I got annoyed at how you were forced to do everything the pointy-clicky way, I'm now also getting annoyed at how inferior the pointy-clicky stuff is compared to MacOS X. I mean, would it be so hard to let one select stuff with the mouse?

You people out there who live in this thing, how the fuck do you stand it?
