Status Report

jegra move. Which mostly took the form of me arranging food for the people who actually carried stuff and cleaning up afterwards, and jennyaxe looked after jegra's sick horse.
Sunday we went tognapp and jimpa for tea, cookies and lots of people. Since lots of people tends to tire both me and Jenny out quite fast, we weren't there for very long, but it was nice anyway.
Today I moved to a new position at work, which looks like it might be all right once things speed up a little after the vacations. Today it was slow enough that they couldn't even show me the job properly, as we didn't get a single case for them to use as a demonstration.
And when I haven't been doing other things, I've been trawling through archives of Sam/Janet fic. Until I got so fed up with so many of the fics being utter crap that I went "Gah! I so can do better than that!" and started writing my own. It's just passed 7000 words. It's not finished yet. And since I seem to have a habit of trying to slash Gabrielle with everyone, it's kinda-sorta a Xena crossover piece. So, hopefully, in a day or three you'll be able to enjoy yet another piece of cliché-ridden (First time together! A planet of Amazons!) Sam/Janet slash!

2) One thing that keeps surprising me about this series is how funny Teal'c is. It's partly the script, of course, but Christopher Judge also seems to be a pretty talented comic actor.
3) If I admit that I like Jonas Quinn better than I liked Daniel Jackson, will I get torn to pieces by hordes of Daniel-crazed fangirls?
