"Lost Girl" question

Finally watched the last few episodes of the first season of "Lost Girl" over the past few days, and got bit by a crack-addled plotbunny. Which made me wonder roughly how many people Bo has killed. We know that she ran away from home as a teenager after the first time she had sex (and killed the guy). We also know she killed everyone she had sex with, until she met Dogboy (who could take it because he's Fae) and Lauren (who helped her learn not to drain people). And we know she feeds on sex. So the questions are a) how often does she need to feed, and b) how long had she been on the run when she ran into the Fae? She certainly doesn't look teenaged, so there must have been a few years between her running away and the pilot episode. And I have a vague memory of a mention of her needing to feed "every few days". Call it one a week and five years on the run, and she's killed about 250 people. If she's the same age as the actress who plays her, she's likely killed upwards of a thousand people. In any case, we can safely assume that the dear Bo is a world-class serial killer.
