It has been established earlier in the campaign that Phoebe, her twin sister Ursula and the actress Lisa Kudrow are all around, and that at least Phoebe was not human (my earlier vampire character managed to talk himself into bed with her and had a little taste...). Combine that with memories of The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the Eighth Dimension and there you are :-)
