I just did the CVS checkin of the first complete draft of The Proteus Manuscript. I'll try to get it read-through and vaguely patched up rather a lot faster than I did Orphea's Song, so the masochistic among you can get to read it soon. Ish.
Well, no, to really. All the problems I've written about before are still there. The reason I think I can get it somewhat fixed up fairly quickly is that I don't intend to fix it to the point where I feel it's actually good. That'll be a project for next year, or so.
