I love the way you have it all discussed and up-front, semi-joking and yet with the serious intent behind it all. I adore fics where people just say what they want instead of being all coy about it! I wouldn't call it 'just' a PWP - there's more in there about Buffy and the chnages to her life than in any fluff porn.
