This sounds kind of fun:

Give me a title of a story I haven't written, and I'll tell you briefly what it's about. Feel free to specify pairing and fandom, if you like, as long as you keep it to female characters and fandoms I know.

That's got to be a FIrefly story...

Nandi disguises herself as a deformed, hideous beggar in order to spy on Burgess. In town, she discovers that he's got a woman on the side, a woman who is plotting to steal nothing less than the terraforming equipment that keeps the entire moon habitable. For lack of a better alternative, she calls for help. Inara arrives alone in her shuttle -- and instantly recognizes the seemingly innocent curvy redheaded thief.

It's a couple of months after Sunnydale got turned into a hole in the ground. The whole gang is sharing a house in LA. Willow and Kennedy's relationship is a bit shaky, and Kennedy wrongly suspects Willow of doing Faith on the side. She snoops at WIllow, and sees her buy a racy silk teddy and get it gift-wrapped. Entirely by coincidence, Buffy has just bought exactly the same teddy as a gift for Faith. Later that night, before WIllow has given her gift to Kennedy, Kennedy sees Faith come out of the bathroom wearing the teddy she earlier saw Willow buy. When she confronts Faith about where she got the teddy, the only answer she gets it "It was a gift". Hilarity, violence and (eventually) make-up sex ensues.

It's the year 2278, and Admiral Ivanova is leading the first expedition to the Vorlon homeworld. As a way of getting out of the office (and qualify for flight pay), she makes a habit of flying a recon round every morning. One morning she flies over a weird-looking installation (one of a gazillion, obviously) on a strangely coloured beach. As she passes over it, she gets an all-senses technicolor flashback to that one night she shared a bed with Talia but was too cautious to even touch her, something she's been regretting these past two decades. The next day, she flies the same route again. She flashes back again, and this time she manages to get cozy with Winters. She flies that same route morning after morning, enjoying the memories. Until one time, when things in the flashback get a little too enthusiastic and Ivanova bangs her head hard enough on the bedside lamp to slice open her scalp. Which she mostly thinks is funny -- until she comes back to her quarters on Vorlon and sees a twenty-year-old scar on her forehead that she didn't have that morning. Next morning, she sends herself a time-delay message from the flashback. When it arrives, she knows for certain that she can change things in the past. That she might be able to prevent herself from losing Talia before their relationship even got properly started.

Now all she has to do is decide if it's worth the risk of retroactively losing the Shadow War.

Oooh, love and angst - just right for Ivanova/Talia.
