On second thought, that can't have been a re-downloaded Gina. If she had been downloaded into a new body, and was rational and cooperating with the rest of the Cylons, then they'd have known much earlier where the human colony was. So it's caprica!Six who's on New Caprica. And thus almost certainly original!Sharon with her. Gina is either really dead (most likely, since there probably wasn't a resurrection ship near enough) or at best boxed.

BTW, what does it say about Balthar that a woman blows herself up with a nuclear bomb after having sex with him?

How will original!Sharon react to Tyrol, Helo and the news of what's happened to caprica!Sharon while a prisoner on Galactica?

Exactly how apeshit will caprica!Sharon go when she finds out that Roslin stole her daughter? I can't for the life of me imagine that she won't find out eventually.

Who'll lead the resistance, Starbuck or Tigh?

New Caprica must be extremely short on raw materials if those tents were the best they could do in a whole sodding year. I mean, they should at least have been able to give the tents foundations of stacked rocks!

A scene with Balthar, delusion!Six, caprica!Six and delusion!Balthar would be kind of fun, but probably too hard to film to be worth doing. But one can hope.

That doesn't really square with their characterization in the rubble episode, or with the cylon priest's exposition. OF course, they's had a year to develop and cope (unless the year is really Balthar's dream), but the only thing I can think of is they interpreted the nuke blast as civil war and are back to preserve humanity by stopping war.

I imagine they'd've had to start over numerous times or didn't think about it, probably having lost their expert woodsies on Cloud Nine.

Any cylons contacting the humans at all doesn't agree with what the priest Cylon's story. But, he also said that most Cylons don't agree with him, so... At the moment, we have no idea why the Cylons are on New Caprica.

And if the ground troops on Galactica and Pegasus don't know how to build a decent camp, they have an exceedingly strange military.

I was thinking they had decided to get back to their essential nature, not just as machines, but as machines meant to serve or preserve humans. Perhaps they've gone on a zeroth law thing, where humans must be saved from themselves.

I haven't seen much of S1 or the mini, but I got the sense that they have mostly pilots, technical specialists, and millitary police left, and are very light on infantry and senior NCOs for some reason.
