First draft finished

Well, there's nothing quite like writing what is essentially a 12000-word introduction to what you thought would be a really cool scene only to find out that once you write it the scene actually sucks. And people have already started posting their birthday party stories. I think I'll just give mine a run through the spellchecker, a quick read-through to fix the most glaring errors and then post it. I don't have the energy (or time) to do enough of a rewrite to make it not suck.
