Time for the long lunch hour.
Or the receiving of the phone call on the mobile phone where you say "I'm sorry, could you hang on a minute" and walk out of the office as quickly as you can with the phone.

That is why I came to work dressed like this. WIth luck, I'll be a developer instead of a sysadmin in the not too distant future.
