Right. Since I'm too hung over from our housewarming party yesterday to think clearly, I'll just say that Faith won an entirely expected victory over Cordelia, with 23 votes to 3 (which is the lowest participation yet, but I guess that's because of the weekend), and then move on to the next pair.

Yay, I'm glad Dayna's in the lead. Callisto's far more... squealy:). What I find very giggleworthy in Rescue is the fact that you've got a thirtysomething man (Vila) and a nineteen-year old girl (Dayna) in distress, it's the man who screams like mad:).

Well, of course. When Vila's in danger, if he can't run away quietly, he screams loudly. When Dayna's in danger, she kills someone. Or she blows something up. Or both.

I guess the shouting *is* a good repellant. When I'm over at my parents' place watching B7, my dad cringes at hearing Vila shout and moan. Likewise, my sister can't stand the buzzing of Orac. I just cackle evilly at them.

Yeah, but if Calle had put Vasquez from Aliens into the mix, we'd have known who was going to win, and there wouldn't have been any fun. As it is, well, this may be the first game where I wasn't sure who was going to win even before I looked (and been right, too...) but the next rounds should be more interesting.
