Numfar, do the dance of joy!

We have an Internet connection home! Finally! After almost exactly a month of being without one. Which is the longest I've been net-less at home since 1992.

Ok, it's not perfect yet. The phone socket I think the DSL box should be connected to doesn't work, and when I connect it to another one it works but the connection breaks if I pick up the handset on the phone in the first socket.

But, damn, it works! The rest is details.

The Computer Is Your Friend, Citizen

There's going to be a new edition of Paranoia. "Oh no, not again!" I hear you say, since you too remember the foulness that was the Fifth Edition? (Well, those of you not going "Huh? How can there be a new edition of a mental disorder?", anyway).

Well, this time it's being done by two of the original designers, including Greg Costikyan. And they've officially stated that the Fifth Edition Does Not Exist. The Computer says so. Do you doubt the Computer?

I thought not.
