After a very enjoyable weekend,
sassia returned to Scotland late last night. It was a bit more interesting than usual to have her here this time, since we'd invited her to our Imbolc celebration, and we weren't really sure how a real Alexandrian HPS would react to our way of practicing. Fortunately, she liked it just fine (and we liked having her there, of course).
And today I've turned from one type of esoterica to another, and started programming MacOS X's Cocoa. It's kind of fun, so far. Much more detail-fiddling than in Perl, but not nearly as much as in pure
C. Also, a few levels of nested method calls in Objective C looks
reassuringly like Lisp.
