I got all of three questions. You're not very curious people, are you?

The first one got posted as a comment and replied to right there.

The second was Can you point me to your hometown's website?:).

http://www.stockholm.se/. And minor shame on you for not being able to guess that!

What place would you like to vist that you haven't

Everywhere I haven't been, pretty much. I'm almost pathologically curious, I want to see everything. But major-league historical landmarks and places where people I know via the Net live are at the top of the list.

Oh! When we chatted at the bar in Redemption ISTR you mentioned a different town when I asked where you were from. Was that your birthplace we were discussing then, and *now* you live in Stockholm? Or some suburb of it? Because I remember having to ask whether you were from north or south from Stockholm as my Swedish geography isn't that good (I know Stockholm, Västerås, Skavsta, and Göteborg and that's about it).

Whereabouts in Stockholm do you and Jenny live?:) Would love to meet up sometime if I hop on a ferry.

Oh, right. I've lived in Stockholm most of my life (1974-1990, 1996-present), so that is what I consider my home town. I was born in an arsehole of an iron-foundry town called Degerfors. They seem to have a web page at http://www.degerfors.se/ but I haven't looked at it more than to confirm that it exists. The town itself is about 250 kilometers of Stockholm.

RIght now we live in a Stockholm suburb, 18 minutes by commuter train and a few minutes walk from Stockholm Central Station. And of course we'd like to meet if you came over here! We're not really pub/nightclub people, though, because of Jenny's chronic pain and my asthma-intolerance of tobacco smoke...

I don't like bars myself, I'm more of a café person. I hate cigarette smoke:P. I'd probably ask you two tips to find the best fleamarkets and Pagan-oriented shops.

That works out fine, then. We can offer a place to stay, if you do come here. We have plenty of space since we moved.

*bounce*! You are friendly and nice. Give a hug to Jenny from me--I regret not being able to talk to her much at the con. But hey, at least you two were hanging about with Tanith Lee and John, and that was wonderful. Because she just *is* fantastic:).

I may have questions, I just don't have any right now. For what are probably obvious reasons. Just, y'know, not feeling terribly insightful or clever at the moment.

Perfectly all right.

Actually, I have a couple of questions for you. Will the paper mail address to Selena in Roz's LJ be the right one to use for a while, or is she moving out of the hospital now that the current crisis seems to have passed? And since she lists wicca as one of her LJ interests, I took the liberty of charging an object during our solstice ritual that I intend to send to her. Now, she can keep it if she's fine with that sort of thing or just toss it if not, but if you happen to know for sure that she won't like it I may as well not send it in the first place. So, do you think she'll appreciate magical assistance or not?

Ah, good questions.

The address, as far as I know, the Ermingham ward address is still valid, even though I strongly suspect Sel isn't in that ward any more, because she's currently in Intensive. That's certainly the address I'm sending letters too, and I'm assuming that the nurses there are making sure that things are getting put into the right hands. I'm sending more important things than letters to her home though.

When she leaves intensive, I would imagine she'll be back to the Ermingham ward. And, the latest information I have would seem to suggest that she'll be spending the next 4-6 months in hospital.

But, what you can do, if you don't entirely trust the Ermingham ward address, is send something to me, I'll give you my address, and I can then forward things on to Selenas home address, to her mum and dad, who can then take things and place them directly into her hands. I'd give you Sel's home address, but, I don't really think it's my business to be doing that. So, that might be the best course of action if you want to be absolutely certain that a gift will get to her.

I... can't really answer the question about whether or not she'll appreciate magical assistance. And I haven't actually been able to speak to her directly yet. My best guess would be that yes, she would appreciate it. And if you've written her a letter explaining what it is, she's got quite good abilities at getting vibes off things, so I guess if she gets a good vibe off whatever you send her, she'll keep it around, and if she doesn't, she won't. But, yeah, I think she would appreciate it.
