Star Trek: Enterprise
Jun. 29th, 2004 07:16 pmSince I happened to be informed that a Star Trek: Enterprise episode was about to start and
jennyaxe is down in Gothenburg, I turned on the TV and watched it (thus actually watching broadcast TV for the first time in months). It turned out to be episode 2:11 "Precious Cargo", according to TvTome. And it actually managed to impress me. It's been a long time since I saw something as thoroughly crap. Watching it felt like reading a C-grade Heinlein ripoff from the 1950s. I don't think there was anything in the episode that wasn't a tired old cliché, from the plot to the characters to the "alien" cultures. Amazing, in a revolting sort of way.

But I did like the dog.
