Let's see if posting from the work machine directly works, then...

And, in order to have some actual content, a strangely appealing pairing idea, courtesy of the Apache logs on Cyberpomo: Willow/Phoebe. Although when I think about crossing BtVS and Friends, Phoebe/Drusilla sounds more fun. Just imagine Dru singing "Smelly Cat".

Also, I'm about to start planning for a new roleplaying campaign (the old-fashioned sit-around-a-table kind, not the LJ kind) with the working title CSI: Sunnydale. I'm considering setting up a friends filter for it, to possibly get feedback on my ideas before I inflict them on the players. Would anyone here want to be on such a filter?

ETA: No, it's not actually a BtVS/CSI crossover, it just mixes Buffy with the general idea of investigating law enforcement. It'll probably be more like BtVS/X-Files.

seems to work :) Whether or not you'll get an email of this comment is another question.

Phoebe/Drusilla

...mmm, intriguing... (not a Friends fan, but I've watched enough to know who the characters are.)

...new roleplaying campaign...

If, as it sounds, it's a crossover between the CSI-verse and the Whedon-verse, then, yes please. I'm a fan of both. I've done a little roleplaying, but my purity test results were just too boring to post.

It's not really a crossover, I haven't seen enough CSI for that. The basic idea is that someone at FBI notices this little town in California with a totally insane unexplained death rate, and further suspects that the local police may be involved. So they send in an outside group (the PCs) to try to figure out what the heck is going on.

To be honest, it'll probably be more X-Files than CSI. But it was the "CSI: Sunnydale" title that gave birth to the idea.

I like both Friends ideas (though not being a great fan the idea of Dru killing all of them slowly also appeals; better yet, she should take out the Big Brother house and everyone responsible for the programme.. but that's just my wishful thinking).

I'd be interested in being on the friends list for your RPG; RPG designer here, and I've written quite a lot of BtVS / CSI crossover fic which you are welcome to plunder for ideas etc. See my user info for the sites that it's on.

I just read some of your BtVS/CSI fic and I love it. Do you have anymore in the works? Especially ones involving Buffy and Grissom? They're my favorite characters from the shows.

Since I'm 100% certain that there is no chance at all of being close enough to be able to play even if lucky enough to wrangle an invite to the gaming session, please can I be in the filter. Vicarious gaming is still better than none at all.

I'd like to be on that filter, please.
