And yes, it certainly could. What with River obviously being mildly precog and all.

At my school, only the girls ever played it. We were still at an age where we didn't interact much with the boys.

Divination could explain River's mysterious face in the last capture - maybe she's sensing something, or sending her consciousness through the deck with the ball.
