I watched that for the first time the other week and I couldn't drag my thoughts away from the slash to pay attention to the plot the whole movie (uh, probably the best way to watch it, yes?). I wondered at the time if there was fic.

I think the site I remember was this one (http://www.altfic.com/alien/fanfic/fanfic.htm). I haven't actually read anything on it, so I can't say if it's any good, but it does at least exist.
