National Novel Writing Month (http://www.nanowrimo.org/index.php). An exercise in communal insanity. The aim is to write a novel of at least fifty thousand words in thirty days.
I have decided that if I have my new iBook in a shape where I can use it to write on, I will give NaNo a shot. Otherwise I won't. Apple's current guess is that I should at worst recieve the machine with a week to go before November starts, so it's looking like I will try this year too.
jimpa will serve you food, and I'll cheer you on. Oh, go on, you know you want to. Just think how much fun you'll have gloating over me after, when you've finished and I haven't!
