This announcement (http://www.apple.com/se/) may not increase your happiness... BUT

I am reliably informed that in the USA it is Apple store (so I assume online store also) policy to credit you for the new price of the previous model, if that's the one you got. So complain fiercely (and immediately) and see if you get anywhere.

More specifically, it's the policy (last time I had a reason to check) within 10 days of purchase to credit you for the difference of the price you paid, and the new price of the "old" notebook.

Just do it soon, preferably now.

I've already been informed of this. And while I do intend to complain a bit about it, this is the sort of thing I more or less expect when buying computer stuff.
