Josie and the Pussycats

So, years after everybody else, we watched Josie and the Pussycats. Which was silly and fun. I greatly enjoyed the way-obvious product placements. And was it just me, or was there a whole lot more romance going on between Josie and Valerie than between Josie and her supposed boyfriend?
