Michael Baigent and Richard Leigh, two of the writers of Holy Blood, Holy Grail, are bringing a plagiarism suit against Dan Brown for The Da Vinci Code.

Heh. That was only a matter of time. Thin ice though, as Baigent and Leigh could I suppose themselves theoretically get sued by the guys who originally made the whole conspiracy up. If they're still alive.
