Before we went to see this, I had heard pretty much two things about the movie: the plot doesn't make much sense, and Pitt is a much better actor then Jolie. Those things are both true.

I had also seen screenshots of Jolie. Those made me decide to go see the movie. Just so you know where my interest lies.

Yes, Pitt out-acted Jolie. That's no surprise. Jolie's job was not to be a smashing actress. Her job was to be a pretty good actress, which she was, and to be so sexy that she left scorch marks on the screen. Which she did.

So, in all, mindless sexy fun. Worth watching, particularly if you think you'd enjoy seeing Angelina Jolie in a slinky black gown wielding a semi-auto shotgun.
