Titles

I'm spending some time reading corporate policies, since they became reasonably visible with the newest redesign of the not-intranet.

According to the Security Policy, we have people employed whose titles are "Fraud Manager" and "Responsible for Unforeseen Disasters". I've only been able to find the first one in the internal phone book. I'd love to have the second one on my business cards.

Maybe if it's not in the phone book, the position is vacant. You should apply.

Unfortunately it turns out that the role is assigned to one of the VPs. He's not doing a very good job of it, as far as I can tell. A half-blind crack-smoking guinea pig could predict the disasters he causes.

"Responsible for unforeseen disasters" sounds like the job description for a cat.
