I think my harp-playing may be getting better. One of the cats just sat and listened while I practiced instead of running from the room.

hee-hee. that reminds me when i used to practice my middle english on Cat and, luckily for me, he never ran out of the room; however, he used to pull this face that screamed, "oy. you know you're pronouncing that WRONG, don't you?" he'd flatten his ears when i made a mistake and looked like he was highly offended. :)
