Am I missing something obvious, or do you really have to register a Rubyforge account in order to report bugs in Ruby?

...the problem with allowing anonymous postings is that it's hard to follow up with the person to get more details on the bug report. But anyhow, if you'd prefer not to do that, just send an email directly to ruby-core.
