A sure sign of the Apocalypse

A bunch of months ago, we got a stupid giveaway thingy when we bought a sack of cat food. It's a dreadfully ugly little elliptical pillow, meant for the cats to lie on. And there is something very, very strange about it. Something so unsual, so wrong that it might have sprung wholly formed from the forehead of H. P. Lovecraft.

The cats use it for its intended purpose!

I fear that the end is nigh.

But for the rest of us, there is this very nice little email conversation that a friend of mine sent me. Everyone who has got these annoying Nigerian letters knows what I'm talking about.
Lets call it Lovecraft put to practical use in the scam world.
