I have one month before I start my new job. That should be enough to write at least one story. Problem is, I can't make my mind up about what to write. So, of course, a poll.

[Poll #1228527]

In case you're wondering, the slash-Gabrielle-with-every-female-from-every-show-ever is about Gabrielle from Xena: Warrior Princess. As of this writing I have written stories slashing her with Susan Ivanova (Babylon 5), Jenna Stannis (Blake's 7), Tara Maclay (BtVS), Willow Rosenberg (BtVS), Faith (BtVS), Seven of Nine (Star Trek: Voyager), Sam Carter (Stargate SG-1), Janet Fraiser (Stargate SG-1), Eve (X:WP), Wonder Woman (DC Comics), Smufette and Argo (X:WP). Clearly, there are a lot more to go.

I'm having problems with the SG-X sequel. I've started over three or four times now. I can't seem to figure out what it's supposed to be about. Not as in what plot, but what the central conflict should be. In the first one it's simply "Sam and Janet are in love with each other but not aware of the other's feelings". That doesn't work so much once they are together. Current attempt is "separated by circumstance and trying to get together again", but it's not working out particularly well. Suggestions welcome.

I just re-read "Amazon Nation SG-X" plus the two starts that you had at the sequel. I do understand that the muses have to be with you. There are so many ways to go with this sequel. I have a few ideas that you are welcome to use. I will email them to you as soon as I type them up.

Let me know here once you've sent the mail, in case I need to fish it out of the spam box.

Unix/Storage/IT-Architecture consultant, and by way of contacts as usual.

Some Birds of Prey would also be nice.

Also, you haven't slashed Gabrielle with Shego. This oversight should be corrected. Besides, Gabrielle is just her type.

There's such a vast amount of background for the characters in Birds of Prey that I feel uncomfortable writing them, not having read more than a small fraction of it. Unless we're only talking about BoP TV, in which case there's not really enough of it for solid characterisation. Except maybe for Huntress/Harley. Which, now that I think about it, sounds kind of fun.

And yes, some kind of KP/XWP crossover should probably happen.

Not "voting", as such, but a definite "No" to the "Nothing" option, as I like your writing too much
