cdybedahlSweden for some reason does its major Christmas celebration on Christmas Eve, rather than Christmas Day. Which means that most of us get the 24th off, as well as the 25th and 26th. So, in a year like this, you can use two vacation days and get the whole week off.
Quite a few people do that. Out of a normal 50+ people, avout five have been in the office today. Unfortunately one of them was our hard-of-hearing loudmouth, so it wasn't nearly as nice as I'd hoped.
Anyway, I've now written and mailed off instructions to a cow-orker who'll work Friday as well, so that he can change IP numbers on a few machines then (it has to be done before 1 January). One of the machines he's supposed to change over is the one serving cyberPoMo. It'll be interesting to see if he gets it right or if it becomes unavailable...
Bored now. Going home.
