Layout changes

cdybedahlI made a bunch of smaller changes to the layout on cyberPoMo. It looks like I want it to in Mozilla, Opera and Konqueror. Could one of you IE people have a look and see if it's readable? I know about IE's buggy implementation of "background-attachment: fixed", so don't bother to tell me that the backgrounds on the front and news pages look like crap, I already know that. I'll do something about it any year now.
