Fact found while semi-randomly websurfing: All of the Wright brothers' famous first flight at Kitty Hawk would've fit within the economy passenger section of a modern Boeing 747 aircraft.
That creates a frightening mental image. You look up from reading the instructions on the barf-bag and there's the Wright brothers' airplane headed straight for you!
